How to use

From empty room to finished table

Here's the whole flow, start to finish. Each step takes a few minutes.

Set up the room

Open the planner and pick a template, or start blank. Enter the venue's width and length in feet. With Ultimate you can also choose an L-shape, T-shape or angled corners.

Add tables and seating

Drag rounds, banquets, a head table or a sweetheart table onto the room, or tap one to drop it in the middle. Add the dance floor, bar, stage and DJ booth. The bar at the bottom shows seats, tables and square feet per guest, and warns you when pieces overlap.

Move and adjust

Drag a piece to move it, drag the corner dot to resize, and the top dot to turn it. Press R to rotate 15°, Delete to remove it, and Ctrl+D to duplicate.

Design the tables

Click Design tables. Choose the tablecloth, runner, chairs, plates, napkins, glasses and cutlery, then add candles, florals and decor. Each piece has its own colours. Switch between bird's-eye, eye-level and 3D views to check the look.

Build the backdrop

Click Design backdrop to add arches, balloon garlands, signs, letters, lighting and plants. Add a wall behind the table and hang pieces on it.

Save and share

Use My plans to keep as many plans as you like. Use Export to save an image or a PDF with both table views and a rental list for your client and vendors.
